JP The Beeman.
Real Bee Removal.
No Shortcuts.
JP handles every bee removal and swarm with respect, patience, and love.
He built a reputation by showing the public what real cutouts and swarm rescues look like without theatrics or shortcuts.
His calm handling, his patience when a colony throws him curveballs, and his willingness to narrate what he’s thinking all made his videos useful for new beekeepers who wanted to understand not just the “how” but the “why” behind each move.
He also set a tone that still matters today. Treating bees with care, talking to homeowners like a normal person who just wants to help, and doesn’t pretend every removal is easy.
That authenticity helped shape the public image of live bee removers long before social media was crowded with them.

Meet JPtheBeeman
"I read a colony quickly, understand their behavior, and know how to remove them without unnecessary stress or chaos."
When I commit to a job, I bring calm to the situation. Homeowners know they are in safe hands, and the bees get a careful relocation to a managed apiary where they can thrive. I take pride in that balance.
It takes patience, steady hands, and a level of experience that only comes from decades in the field.
My work is rooted in respect for bees and a promise to the people who call me. I give clear explanations, honest expectations, and professional results. After thousands of successful removals, I still approach every job with the same commitment to doing it right the first time.
If you are dealing with honeybees and want them safely removed by someone who has dedicated his life to this craft, I am ready to help.

Our Honeybee Removal Service

"I tell people that we’re not just beekeepers"
We’re bee removal specialists who understand honey bee biology inside and out.
Our work focuses on live honey bee removals, and every colony we collect gets relocated to one of our apiaries or to trusted beekeeping friends who can give them a safe place to thrive.
We regularly travel a hundred miles or more from Metairie, Louisiana. When someone needs help, distance doesn’t stop us.
Anyone dealing with bees on their property can call for a consultation and a removal estimate. In most cases, we can also handle repairs and bee-proofing once the colony is out.
Residential Bee Removal
Removing established colonies from places they don’t belong is more than a service for us. It’s something we do with real commitment to the bees and to the people dealing with them.
Swarm Relocation
Swarms sometimes gather near homes or businesses, and that can look alarming if you’re not familiar with honey bee behavior.
When that happens, JP or one of his team members comes out, shakes the swarm into a box, and gives those bees a new permanent home.
Here in southeast Louisiana, swarming season usually kicks off in late February or early March.
Tree Removals
We remove swarms clustered on trees, open-air colonies built on branches or trunks, and established colonies that have taken up residence inside trees that need to be removed.
Commercial Structure Bee Removal
Commercial buildings are another place honey bees love to occupy. These jobs are often more complex because of the construction style and the height of the structures.
We coordinate the lifts and equipment needed to reach and remove large colonies safely.
Wasps, Yellow Jackets, and Bumble Bees
Wasp issues can be challenging because these insects are excellent at finding tiny openings in roofs, walls, chimneys, and eaves.
We can target active nests, and many infestations can also be resolved with the right building repairs to block entry points.
